Retail orders, temporary restriction: until further notice, we deliver retail orders only to addresses in Greater Melbourne, as defined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Checkout will tell you if your postcode is outside this area. Wholesale orders are not affected.
Cost
- Retail orders — free at $65 or more; a flat $9.95 below that.
- Wholesale orders of stocked lines — free at $500 or more; a flat $29.95 below that.
- Retail delivery charges include GST. Wholesale delivery charges exclude GST; GST is added at checkout.
Dispatch
We dispatch stocked items within 2 business days of your order being confirmed and paid, and email you tracking details when it leaves us.
Time in transit
Measured from dispatch, for stocked items shipped from our Australian warehouse. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Metropolitan — 2–6 business days
- Regional — 5–10 business days
- Remote — 10–20 business days
