Question 1

How does direct-from-source pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Direct-from-source pricing shortens the route between manufacturer and customer. It can reduce duplicated mark-ups, improve product oversight and make the delivered cost clearer—but only when sourcing, freight and local fulfilment are managed efficiently.

Question 2

How does buying by the carton work?

Accepted Answer

A carton is a defined shipping unit containing a fixed number of the same product. Buying whole cartons can reduce handling and simplify repeat purchasing, but good value depends on unit cost, freight, storage space and how quickly you will use or sell the stock.

Question 3

How do I organise a kitchen and pantry on a small budget?

Accepted Answer

Start with measurements and the areas that frustrate you most. A few well-chosen containers, dividers or shelf risers can do more than a complete matching set.

Question 4

How do Yiwu Rewards points work?

Accepted Answer

Create a free account and verify your email to receive 1,000 points, worth $10. You earn a point per dollar spent and can redeem points against up to 25% of any order.

Question 5

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Retail delivery is free at $65 or more, otherwise $9.95. We dispatch stocked items within 2 business days, and metropolitan delivery is typically 2–6 business days from dispatch.

Question 6

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you have 3 days from delivery to return most items. A flat $9.95 return fee is deducted from the refund, and we email you a prepaid label.

Question 7

What is the difference between the shop and the Wholesale Hub?

Accepted Answer

The shop sells single items to anyone, with no account required. The Wholesale Hub sells trade quantities to approved business accounts, with minimum order quantities and trade pricing.
