Change of mind
You have 3 days from delivery to return most items for a refund. The item must be unused, in resaleable condition and in its original packaging. A flat return fee of $9.95 is deducted from your refund; we email you a prepaid label, so you do not pay postage separately. The original delivery charge is not refunded.
Some items cannot be returned for change of mind — pierced jewellery, and hygiene items such as underwear and swimwear where the seal is broken. The Returns Policy lists them in full.
If something is faulty
This 3-day policy is our own, and it sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — it does not replace or limit them. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, those rights apply regardless of how long ago you bought them.
