Joining
It is free, and there are no tiers or membership levels — everyone with an account is on the same terms. We add 1,000 points once you have created an account and verified your email address. At 100 points to the dollar, that is $10.
Earning
You earn 1 point for every whole dollar of an order's subtotal. Prices include GST, so GST counts towards points; delivery does not. If an order is cancelled, the points earned on it are reversed.
Spending
100 points are worth $1 at checkout. There is one limit: points can cover at most 25% of an order's total, so a $10 balance is fully usable on an order of $40 or more. Anything left over stays on your account.
Expiry
Points expire after 12 months without account activity. Placing an order resets the clock on your whole balance.
