Retail orders currently deliver within Greater Melbourne only. Delivery is free from $65, otherwise a flat $9.95. Stocked items are dispatched within 2 business days of payment, and metro delivery is estimated at 2–6 business days from dispatch. A faulty item can be refunded or replaced with delivery refunded, and under $30 that usually takes a photo rather than a return. If you change your mind, most items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, for a fee of $9.95.
